Eligible Level 3 Wing with the enhancement/options requested by the craft window
Garuda Feather or Level 4 Divine Object, according to the displayed route
Jewel of Chaos, additional jewels and Zen shown by the live recipe

Visit the Chaos Goblin in Noria and choose Level 4 Wings.

Inspect the recipe details: required Level 3 Wing, Divine Object or Garuda Feather, other materials, and success rate.

Collect the listed items and place them in the craft window.

Confirm the outcome pool before combining; the wing type and options may be random.
